Meryem Belkihel started her cycling journey from Morocco to Tanzania in January 2023. With a Bike as her sole companion, she took off from Marrakesh, aiming to climb the highest summit of Africa, Kilimanjaro, and documenting her exciting adventures under the username @MeghyLost, sharing her achievements and challenges with the many people from around the world who are rooting for her.
In addition to Health and Safety concerns, Meryem pedaled through the harsh weather conditions, from the heat of the deserts to the rainy winter days.
